Recap: Chicago Jewish Alliance Leadership Team At Game Night Out Chicago
Date: 3/19/26
Our leadership team recently stepped away from the day-to-day to invest in something just as important as strategy — connection. We gathered at Game Night Out Chicago for an evening of team bonding, laughter, and a little friendly competition.
From the moment we arrived, the energy was high. Whether it was collaborative challenges or head-to-head games, the night brought out everyone’s competitive spirit in the best way possible. More importantly, it gave us the opportunity to connect outside of our usual roles and responsibilities, strengthening the relationships that power our work every day.
Throughout the evening, we saw leadership skills in action in a completely different setting — communication, quick thinking, and teamwork all played a role in navigating the games. It was a reminder that strong teams aren’t just built in meetings, but in moments like these where trust and camaraderie naturally grow.
There were plenty of laughs, a few surprising victories, and maybe even some playful rivalries that we’ll carry into the office. But above all, the night reinforced the strength of our team and the importance of taking time to invest in one another.
A huge thank you to the team at Game Night Out Chicago for hosting us and creating such a memorable experience. We’re excited to carry this energy forward as we continue building, growing, and leading together.
