The Women’s Only Krav Maga Workshop is an exclusive event designed specifically for religious Orthodox women. This empowering workshop offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn self-defense techniques inspired by the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga. The StandStrong male team will lead the class but will be no-contact. The workshop focuses on practical skills, situational awareness, and personal safety, all while respecting the values and modesty of the Orthodox community. Participants will gain confidence, improve their physical fitness, and develop essential skills to protect themselves in real-life situations.
